Understanding the difference between discipline and guidance, the effect of the child's perspective on disruptive behaviors and classroom management. Being able to reflect on your own classroom and identifying possible adjustments that will prevent disruptive behaviors. Understanding the relationship between providing a respectful classroom and encouraging self discipline and responsibility in young children.
