Beatrice Griffin, LISW, MSSA, BCD, works with children, adolescents, parents and adults in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. She holds advanced training in both child and adult psychoanalysis, having completed her child training at Hanna Perkins Center in 1982 and her adult training through the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center.

She has been affiliated with Hanna Perkins Center since 1976, serving in a range of roles including therapist, faculty member and supervisor. She is a faculty member in the Cleveland Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Training Program, teaching and supervising analytic candidates.

In addition to her work at Hanna Perkins, Griffin maintains a private practice and has consulted for various community agencies. She earned her master’s degree in social work with a mental health specialty from Case Western Reserve University.

Her professional memberships include the Association for Child Psychoanalysis, the American Psychoanalytic Association and the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center. She is also a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work.  Email
