This training will help participants identify strategies that will build healthy staff relationships in a school environment. Participants will define what a healthy relationship is; identify the benefits of healthy staff relationships, and learn how to maintain them in order to provide a positive school environment for families and children that will encourage appropriate child development.

This program is approved by the State of Ohio and is aligned with Ohio’s Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) standards.
