Reinberger Parent/Child Resource Center What is the Parent/Child Resource Center? Housed within the Hanna Perkins Center for Child Development, the Reinberger Parent/Child Resource Center is a facility where parents and caregivers participate with their children in dramatic play, puzzles, a collection of toys and books; and hands-on activities including science, gardening and art and craft projects. The purpose of the center is to provide an environment where parents and caregivers can play with their children and encourage mastery of developmentally appropriate skills. 2004-2005 marked the first full year of operation of the Parent/Child Resource Center. In addition to drop-in play times, the Resource Center offers a variety of classes for children, infants through age eight. These classes include music, art, woodworking, roller skating, Spanish language, cooking, knitting, dance and gardening. In 2007, the Resource Center implemented a summer camp program, which includes mini-theme based camps. Each camp is four half-days in the morning. Themes include, roller skating, gardening, wood working, cooking, creative arts, and robotics. Thank You to Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A
